Legendre Group secures €150 millions refinancing package to continue its development

November 26, 2021 – On Tuesday 16th November 2021, the Legendre Group successfully finalised arrangements for a syndicated loan of €115 million alongside a French government backed recovery loan, or Prêt Participatif Relance, worth €35 million, to refinance some of its debts and finance its development projects in France and abroad. Hottinguer Corporate Finance assisted and advised the group on the transaction.
