Designed by Studio Woodroffe Papa and Poggi Architecture for our client Matching Green, this is a 9-storey building which is located 5 minutes away from Bermondsey station, in Southwark borough. Totalling circa 13,935 square meters, Dockley Road consists of 111 apartments (including private, shared ownership and affordable units) and retail uses on the ground floor.
Thanks to the expertise of Legendre in-house engineering hub, a mix of steel and concrete frame has been designed to optimize the scheme.
To this day, Legendre has completed the building’s foundations and erected the tower crane with a handover date scheduled for summer 2022.
