- Construction of an eco-neighbourhood hosting the Athletes’ Village, that will be remodelled into a living space during phase 2 named “Héritage”.
- Mixed use development spread across 15 buildings including residential blocks, hotel, student accommodation, a watersport centre, an urban art centre, shopping facilities, a river economy cluster and a mobility centre of 400 seats
